I needed the prism to help a patient deal with diplopia due to a sudden onset of convergence insufficiency. After three days of getting used to 15 PD of prism, the patient came in smiling, with no complaints of diplopia at near or distance. The delivery of the prism was fast, the application of the prism was easy, the patient was happy! (So am I).
